1. Make sure the lid is fully closed — the juicer will not start unless the lid is properly locked in place. If the lid feels tight when using the machine for the first time, apply gentle downward pressure until it clicks securely.

2. If the juicer runs continuously for more than 20 minutes, it may activate the overheat protection system. Turn it off and let it cool down for about 40 minutes before restarting.

The lid must be open before assembling or disassembling the juicer components. Ensure all parts align correctly according to the manual for a proper fit.

Press the Reverse button to release the blockage. If necessary, gently stir the ingredients using the included pusher—never put fingers inside the chute.
